In our married life we all wanted to have of our own baby. And we tried our best to be pregnant. We check with the doctor to prepare for parenthood. So I was so happy when I got pregnant with our first baby.
The first three month of my pregnancy was somewhat hard and exciting. I began to notice change, my figure slowly changed, my breast grew a bit. I started to become conscious. I’m not feeling well all the time. Every waking morning I felt sick and tired. All I want to do was to sleep all day long. My stomach feels so upset and vomiting every morning seems to be a daily routine. I only eat food that smell good & some fruit that can only satisfy my stomach like grape, pineapple, watermelon & durian. What I hate during that three months time was eating biscuits which makes me throw up. What I like most to eat was peanuts. It tastes like heaven during those times. At the third months of my pregnant, I started to see my doctor for prenatal. My doctor gave me two kinds of vitamins for my baby inside my womb and vitamins which will serve as my supplementary foods.
This period of pregnancy is a high risk for the baby in our womb because there is possibility for the baby to get aborted. So you must take good care of yourself to avoid miscarriage. Take vitamins regularly and sleep 8 hours a day. Eat nutritious food and avoid junk foods. Don’t smoke & don’t drink any alcoholic beverage.
