Here are some points the Athletic Institute of Chicago recommends that you follow in exercise:

1. The time to exercise is when you think you are too busy for it.

2. Select a sport that compensates for the excessive demands of your occupation.

3. Be moderate, avoid overdoing and overstrain.

4. Engage in more than one favorite sport so that more muscles are used and some muscles not overworked.

How much exercise? A good guide for judging the amount is what the physical educators all call “recovery ability.” In activity, both the breathing and heart rate speed up, but ten minutes after you stop, both should get back very nearly to their rate before you begin the exercise. If following a two-hour rest you still fell weak, you have overexerted for your present condition. None of this means to stop exercising: it simply means you must start more slowly.

The following exercises were designed by the American Medical Association for adults. They are scientifically sound and the product of years of study. Used daily, they will help to increase organic vigor, muscular strength, body suppleness, and motor reaction. Do them correctly, vigorously, and in good posture. If you have not been exercising, in the beginning repeat each exercise the minimum number of times, then gradually increase counts to maximum. Ten minutes of your time everyday can pay big dividend in good health.

Obesity is one major health problem in our society. The problem of childhood obesity in the United States has grown considerably in recent years. Obesity is among the easiest medical conditions to recognize but most difficult to treat. This unhealthy weight gain due to poor diet and lack of exercise is responsible for over numerous deaths each year. Overweight children are much more likely to become overweight adults unless they adopt and maintain healthier patterns of eating and exercise.

Children of today’s generation need guidance. Kids as young as 3 years old already know how to play computer games and they usually get addicted to it as they play each day. As a result they get them selves engrossed to computer games, eat improperly, and gain unhealthy weight because of little physical activity. It is of these reasons why we need to get our children to enroll in physical education program such as Spark PE.

When we send our kids to school that is approved with PEP Grant 2010. We have to make sure that they get themselves involved in Physical Education. Let us get them to a school which avails of research-based organizations that disseminates evidence-based Physical Education, After School, Early Childhood, and Coordinated School Health program to teachers and recreation leaders. With that we can be assured that our kids learn how to keep themselves healthy and would put whatever they learn into practice.

Gaining weight and aging are few of women’s greatest fear. Most women wanted to stay slim so they can wear their fashionable clothes and could easily find dress to fit in. For women staying fit and slim creates great influence over their personal attitude and would develop self-esteem and self-confidence. It is good to have a gorgeous body.

Women are bombarded with images of apparently perfect bodies. Sadly, they may be so busy when they are young trying to live up to society’s expectations that they can lay up trouble for their health for the future. Some women practice abstinence and control their food intake or observe improper diet just to maintain their precious figure and sometimes resort in taking dangerous diet pills.

Others observe regular exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat in regular time. They eat only the healthy foods like vegetables and fruits so have a gorgeous and healthy body which is actually the right thing to do. But observing proper diet and would normally take time.

Most women nowadays seek for the most effective and safe dietary pills to keep up with society’s expectations. Speaking about diet pills, more and more of its kind are available in the market. Adipex is one of the popular brand names for the prescription weight loss pills “Phentermine.” It is classified under the amphetamine and phenethylamine class. Cheap adipex diet pills is now available in the market, this is one trusted diets pills over the world.

What can be done to develop destressing, health-promoting relationships with family and friends?

Treasure close friends. In this book WHY AM I AFRAID TO TELL YOU WHO I AM? John Powell identofoed five levels of communication: stranger (communicating nonverbally and with cliches), acquaintance (reporting the facts), casual (sharing self-disclosure of feelings and emotions), and intimate (complete openness, in which you can share anything and feel your confidence will never be betrayed). Time availability and emotional capacities limit most people to 12-15 close friends and 3-5 intimate friends. If you have friends at the close or intimate levels, treasure them as among your greatest assets. Everyone can have at least one intimate, safe, friend in God.

Be an active listener. In the modern environment in which radios and TVs are often used to provide background noise, people are taught to tune out the human voice while they work on the other things. Unwittingly they thus train themsleves to tune out family members or friends who talk to them.

Dr. Ronald Nathan nad Marian Stuart point out in their book Coping Wth the Stressed-out People in your Life that we can think three to four times faster than most people talk. That makes it tempting to be preparing a response or even thinking of other things while someone is talking to you. It takes effort to concentrate on what someone is saying, trying to feel what they are feeling, asking questions for clarification, feeding backwhat you are hearing. But that’s the discipline of cultivating healthy relationships.

My in-laws were very much into music. My husband once relates that his mom had bought them 4 guitars and hang it at the living room for them to learn to play the guitar at there own will anytime they want. But none of them found the interest in playing the instrument maybe because mom and dad did not hire a private tutor to teach them how to play it. The case was that, should they desire to play it, they have to look for a friend to teach them how to play guitar. Nevertheless, though none of them became instrumentalist, all of them turned out to be musicians. They all can sing. They developed good voices and they are into choir and a cappella groups.

As parents one of our duties is to train and to expose our children to activities that would develop their personality. We should be looking for one that would help our children boost self-confidence such as getting them to music class and get them to develop some talents. Parent should be guiding their children to a successful life. Some of our kids may have not discovered yet their talents and so parent may have to make the first move of getting them to learn things such as bringing them to music schools and get them to play instruments such as the guitar.

The guitar might be one of the most challenging instruments that our children may learn to play. Parent may look for guitar lessons for kids that are simply good and affordable. As our kids develops their talents in music they also develops their intellects as it has been proven by numerous studies that children who are into music have good reasoning ability and are most likely to excel in academics. Since music is the language of the soul as they say, then kids who plays good music plays a melodious souls. So get kids to music now and start it with a guitar.

Fertility is one thing that concerns most couple who plans of having a baby. Every couple wanted to have children of their own to complete their family. Every couple would do everything possible to have their own baby. Most couple eager to have a child visits their doctors for check-up and guidance, to make sure that fertility is attained and the possibility of conceiving at the soonest time would be possible. Some couple would take the latest advancement just to conceive a child like IVF treatment which is an alternative for a couple who wants to have a child. But the most important of all things is that couples should no forget to pray to the Almighty.

At this age babies stands and moves around by his own with the support of stable holds that he grabs on and can bend his knees. My little son learn to take few steps. He slowly sets down from standing. Every time I cuddle him and stands in front of our main door he tries to hold the door nub and in return I bring him near so he can touch and grab the door nub. We also had observed that he cries every time I repel something from his hand especially fruits or foods that he enjoys. If he wants something and seems that nobody notices him, he also cries.

One thing really amazes me, every time I wash our clothes in the washing machine he turns uneasy not because he is scared with the buzzing sound but simply because he wanted to get near the tub to watch the bubbles twirling. He cries if we put him on his crib. He gets so delighted when we allowed him to touch the bubbles. He enjoys playing with them and we just love watching him wearing those big smiles.
