Summer is one of my most favorite part of the year. Summer means long vacation, beautiful sunny weather, family trips, and beach days! It is when people go places and look for fun ways to cool down as the sun goes a-sizzling. But be safe – wherever you wish to be or whatever plans you have. Let’s check out the following water and travel satefy tips.

Water – most basic tip : learn to swim! Swim with a buddy; never swim alone. Swin in supervised areas only. Obey all rules and posted signs.Don’t mix alcohol with water. Meaning, don’t swim drunk. Alcohol impairs judgement, balance, and coordination; affects swimming skills; and reduce the body’s ability to stay warm. Pay attention to local weather conditions and forecasts. Stop swimming at the first indication of bad weather because water conducts electricity.

Travel – The road to safe traveling requires simple precautions. Be sure to have a thorough safety inspection of your vehicle by a certified mechanic before you hit the road. When on the road, make sure you have enough time in your travel schedule to allow for breaks every few hours. Don’t use mobile phones while driving. Buckle up seat belts. Put your child on the back seat. It is the safest side in case of a head-on crash. Keep supplies with you such as water, first-aid kit, snacks, and medicines. Don’t drink and drive. Rest well before the scheduled trip. Say a prayer before leaving.

Having our own house has been one of our biggest dreams. As a matter of fact, last year we gamble into loaning a pre-owned property. That was quite a good deal however was full of treachery. We started the owner keep on confirming that they have all the papers and they’ve got us hooked, until it ended up with us spending to secure the property’s papers/document required to process the loan.

Our loan got approved and when it was time for the property owner to pay the real property tax gain. They turn to us and want us to pay the tax gain as well. Our contract to sell clearly indicated that the property owner will pay the tax gain but now they withdraw it. We even offer to take part of it say 50/50 but they refused our offer. We end up calling it “Quits.” The owner seller of the property decided not to sell it anymore and we feel like we lose the game.

We have learned our lesson. After the incident we decided that in the future we will no longer deal with unlicensed broker and will no longer go for pre-owned property. We decide that in the future we will go for manufactured homes in developed subdivisions rather than buying a pre-owned property. It may be a bit expensive however we can be sure that transaction will be smooth and we are headache free. Also we can be sure that we are not cheated in any way.

Brand labeling plays a very significant part in the success of the business. It is through label that the business gets more noticed. Next to quality and service, brand label makes the business known and admired.

My husband has told of an acquaintance that happened six years ago. His friend Ru asked of his company to meet the person who sponsored his studies through college. Ru’s friend was a wealthy person, he owns a company whose business is responsible of quality brand label of popular merchandise. They have branched out in almost 20 countries and states; Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Argentina, New York, and more states and countries in South and North America.

They were waiting inside the missionary campus where they were trained to become missionaries. First came the bodyguard/driver in a gray SUV. With them were two lady friends whom they asked of course to come along. While waiting, the bodyguard asked them to stay inside the car as it may take 30 minutes before he fetch his boss to the place. While in the car the bodyguard showed the catalog and sample labels. The materials; prints and papers and coatings were great. Quality was really good. My husband wondered if those were Avery labels. He kept the curiosity at first because planned to ask the question to their guest visitor.

Before Ru’s friend arrived, Ru warned them not to freak out when they meet him. Why? Because his friend and sponsor looks like Nicholas Cage. Accordingly, when they meet him they could not believe their eyes because he really looks like Nick. Looking at him you could either say he is Nicholas Cage or Nicholas Cage’s twin. The difference is really hard to figure out.

Anyhow, they went out that afternoon to Tagaytay, they and elsewhere. Wherever they go people will come near and ask if they can take pictures with. Ru’s friend though not consistent usually would refuse because he does not like the idea of being mistaken as Nicholas Cage. Anyway when my husband asked if they use Avery label? He confirmed that they use Avery label and he was amazed that my husband was able to identify their label.

The shipyard is just 2 hours ride from where we are living now. Once we went to a mountain resort overlooking the shipyard. I told my husband that I’ve never been to the shipyard and I wonder what it look like inside. My husband said he has not been to a shipyard too and as curious as I am he wonder what life is like in the shipyard.

One day my in-laws came for a visit and we learned that one of my husband‘s cousin who’s an engineer work in the shipyard as project manager. We contacted him to our place and arrange a visit to his workplace.

When we came to the shipyard we were toured and I was in awe while watching several huge ships built several cargo and passenger ships were also there for renovation and maintenance. Looking around we see several heavy solid metals with big and small holes. I ask what they were and what they were for. Hilarious but true, since I don’t know much about industrial stuff I asked if they were junks or scrap metals. My husband told me those metals were hydraulic cartridges. Japhet, my husband’s cousin educated me that a hydraulic cartridge is a very much part of their machinery and heavy equipments, without them it would be very difficult to lift and transport heavy materials.

When asked how they obtain them he said those that were prefabricated for specific equipment are usually pre-ordered overseas. Some are fabricate in the shipyard. I was amazed to know that even those little stuffs are actually a big help in building huge ships and more. A sure big help in industrializing our country.

I miss the life that we use to have as outdoor enthusiast. My husband and I are both mountain climbers and since we got married we never had the chance to climb mountains again. We still keep some of our equipments and gears for climbing though and we still collect more hoping that one day we’ll find time for mountain climbing or at least trekking.

One of our favorite outdoor equipment is the hammock. The ones that we have are different from the hammocks that we usually see outside some houses mounted in the porch. Of course we all know the difference between the camping hammock from the mounted hammocks and stands that we see outside houses and in some resorts. The latter is much comfortable but the former is much handy (you can keep it in a pouch).

Anyhow, this summer one best thing to do is to relax in a hammock in a beach or read books while lying in the comfort of hammocks and stands mounted in the porch or under a tree in the lawn.

In so many instances a child’s identity gets questioned. With today’s arising number of women engaging in multiple sex partner practice, it is subsequent that so many single moms are unsure of the father of their child. On the other hand many men have unknowingly raised a child or children that are not their offspring. I knew a woman whose husband is always away from home for work. The husband comes home one or two weekends a month. The woman cheated and got pregnant. She then passed off the child as belonging to her husband. Most commonly, some men denies their identity as father to a child.

In situations akin above both men and women may seek legal advice about getting paternity claim. Nowadays’ DNA-based paternity testing has full away a great deal of the guessing game. It is now possible for fathers and mothers to check the paternity of their children with 100% percent accuracy.

It has been mentioned that DNA testing has revealed so many well-kept family secrets while also raising a host of complicated legal issues.

Paternity testing goes beyond just getting the truth about the real father of a child. Paternity testing is required in many legal situations, such as the matter of child support, visitation rights, and more. For children, the issues of obtaining financial support and inheritance and other insurance claims are also determined by paternity tests in some cases.

When identity is at stake, get a test.

Dad worked his way up to finished college and he made it on his own. Since then he vowed to reclaim the farmland that their family have lost when they were young. The hardships that he’d been through made him tough, and it is no wonder why sometimes he is hard on us.

I could say that over the years my dad never give up on his dreams of reclaiming the properly they lost and yes he was successful. Now that he is getting the result of his dreams I could not blame him from dreaming high and for looking after our comfort.

It’s inevitable that dad would talk about buying a truck every harvest time especially if the family is complete and plans of going to the farm or going on a tour as a family is tackled. If it’s just for the farm, a pickup truck would be ideal because of the open back which could serve as carriage. However dad wants it to be a family car where we can be riding altogether, so we suggested a Van or SUV. Dad might own an SUV any month this year. We talked among us and to complete dad’s joy my husband suggested that we’ll surprise dad with a trailer. That sounds perfect. Since our youngest brother has just graduated college and just got a job we tasked him to look for trailer hitches that would fit my dad’s dream car. My brother found CURT Class III Hitch – 2″ Receiver Tube opening, we find it as perfect match for a Mitsubishi Outlander.

A hormone much abundant in alpha males is what comes to mind when hearing of testosterone. That is because as far as I can remember in college testosterone is the male hormone responsible in transforming a boy into a man which starts at puberty. It’s responsible for the growth and maintenance of male sex characteristics such as muscle size and strength, bone growth and strength, deepening of voice, facial hair growth, development of male organ, and sex drive. In my own opinion more testosterone makes a man manlier. Just recently I’ve learned that production of testosterone is controlled carefully by the brain and excessive production may only develop serious health risk. So now I may say that becoming an alpha male is not caused by excessive or abundantly testosterone but rather a behavior or attitude. A small amount of testosterone is also produced in women which, help in the maintenance of healthy bones and muscles, increase energy level, enhance feelings of well-being, and decreases breast tenderness. Testosterone also improves female sexual desire.

Over time, as men age the level of testosterone gradually drops. Recent study shows that low testosterone level is much of a dilemma than that of having excessive testosterone production. Much more illness is associated to low testosterone level than high testosterone. It is of this reason that researches have been made to find out how to increase testosterone level. Loss of muscle mass, increased breast size, Brittle bones and an increased risk of fracture, Low libido, impotence, small testicles, reduced sperm count and infertility are just few symptoms of testosterone deficiency in adult men. Also, studies discovered that lower testosterone levels in men may be linked with an augmented risk of cardiovascular illness and some cancers. Additional research is needed to know for certain and to discover whether testosterone treatment might have noteworthy and previously unrecognized benefits.

Nowadays, several different approved treatment options are available. Treatment depends on what you and your doctor sees as appropriate. Among them are gel, patches, injections, buccal tablets, and pellets. The signs and symptoms of low testosterone may be tricky to tell from the changes that takes place with natural aging, or may be understood to be caused by other therapeutic conditions. So if you have symptoms of low testosterone, have a discussion with your doctor during your regular health check and ask if you ought to have a blood test.

Overweight people who squeeze themselves into too-small pants may be aggravating an otherwise silent abdominal hernia.

In a letter published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, Dr. Octavio Bessa, Jr. of Stamford, Connecticut, said that eight out of his ten patients complained of bloating and abdominal discomfort. These patients tended to wear pants at least three inches smaller than their waists. After he advised them to wear larger pants and use suspenders, the symptom disappeared.

The pressure from wearing tight pants can aggravate hiatal hernia. In this case, the stomach is pushed up through the opening of the diaphragm.
