Two year ago, I attended my husband company Christmas party. The theme was masquerade so we dressed up elegantly like we were different person. The party was great, everybody looked beautifully unique. Men look good and most of the women were wearing sexy costumes. That night I came home with real fulfillment having had a taste of what my husband called “Life.”

Last summer party the theme was “Fire & Water.”  The party was so successful everyone wore their sexy hot apparel in the beach. It was a whole day party and in the evening the sexy ladies on their sexy costumes danced with the fire dancers that added real spice to the event.  

I guess its fate. My husbands’ affiliate company is opening a business in California this November and so my husband was asked to look for a good insurance company wherein they’d be able to make better deal in insuring their assets when they start the business. My husband has run through several insurance company reviews and had made list. Well, he mentioned these to his godfather and his godfather, being a businessman in California for 5 years now suggested that he read Mercury insurance reviews that he may have it included in his list. Well, of course my husband read it and he find it good so he included it on his list and would present it to the board for further review.

A lot of things have changed from bicycle to 3 wheel carts, pedal cars, and now there’s battery powered kiddy vehicle which is commonly known as power wheels.  Power wheels are battery powered electric ride on vehicles designed for kids. They come in different models. Seeing them is like viewing miniature models of different tricycle and cars.  There’s Jeeps, Honda Minimoto, Peg Perego Gaucho Super Power S Series, Orange County Choppers, Power Wheels Ninja, Power Wheels MX3, Jeep Wrangler, Formula Cars, Mercedes, Porsche, Corvette, Battery Powered Hummer, Ford Mustang, Chevy and more.  Every time we stroll in the malls and get to pass by these toys we never fail to get our soon 2 year old little boy into it for him to have a feel of the ride, and wish that he’ll grow very soon because we just can’t wait seeing him driving his toy car.

Online school is actually most favored by working people and with that we can enroll to accredited schools oversees. Since Christmas is coming, I already have prepared the things for Christmas. I tested the Christmas lights again last week I plugged them to the electricity to check how they work. It’s amazing, they still worked. Our multi color Christmas lights are 2 year old and they still worked.  So to make use of them, I temporarily put them in the ceiling of y kid’s room which serves as his night light.

My dad did not cease on reminding me to send my share. He gets me to understand life’s uncertainties and that social security could help in any circumstances.  Dad explained to me benefits that I or my love ones could get out of social security such as pension when I am retired and old, social security disability insurance, medical claims, retirement benefits and all. I then get to realize that social security is really looking up to not only our welfare but also for our love ones. Now that dad is old and sickly I am seeing his point of urging me to keep on sending my share. He is now enjoying what he has sown.

So during the Parents and Teachers meeting we tackle the things to be improved and among them are to put additional school furniture such as study carrels, and book cases in the library for the student to be able to focus on their reading and studies. Also we suggested that the Science laboratory furniture be replaced with much durable furniture. The parents and teachers worked hand in hand raised funds and in two months the library and Science laboratory looked a lot better with the new furniture.

My sister in law is among them. Every time she visits the doctor for her check up, she always complains about the charges and cost of prescribed medicine.  She keeps on reiterating that if only she has a health plan she doesn’t have to worry anymore about the medicines and hospital charges. So we talk about it. They are now living in Pennsylvania but her husband is originally from North Carolina and that most of her husbands relatives are there. Three weeks ago they left for North Carolina and said that they might be staying there for two months. I told her to rather get an NC Health Insurance since she will be having most of her check up there anyway. She told me that they already have talked about it and are actually looking forward on choosing a plan.

If you live or work in an elevator building, get off two or three floors below your destination and walk the rest of the way. Stair climbing is terrific exercise. (Remember the London bus conductors.)

Many practical everyday tasks also offer exercise opportunities. Car dirty? Wash and polish it yourself.

Taking a shower in the morning can be a good body builder. While drying, use your towel as a conditioning aid. Place it around the nape of your neck and pull it forward, simultaneously pushing your neck against it hard. Hold for two seconds. Repeat the process with the towel in the small of the back, pushing hard against it by tightening the muscles of your abdomen and buttocks to flatten your back. Hold for two seconds.

And stretch whenever you can. Push your chair away from the desk between assignments and lower and raise your feet, legs fully extended.

Another chair exercise: Grip the arms of the chair firmly, then relax all over, limp as a rag. It’s a fine aid to circulation, too.

Movement is life. Indolence is stagnation, which leads to ill health and early death. Take your choice.
